i'm damn fucking pissed off right now! is all started with a small issue till big matter !!!!!
this is the whole situation goes through:-
about 3.15pm (yesterday) :-
HP : hello, may i speak to shaofang please?
me : yes, speaking.
HP : hi, i'm violet here i need to clarify with you over small document that done by your m'sia plant.
me : alright, let me go through if there's any mistake i'll alert and inform them to change immediately for you, is that okie for you?
HP : i think is best for you to settle it for me as your m'sia plant staff do things very slow, it will effect the payment.
me : alright violet, allow some time for me in order to go through where the mistake was.
HP : ok, please submit before 4pm.
me : sure no problem, thanks for your feedback violet.
HP : you're welcome, let's meet up some day for lunch.
me : okie. see you.
alright this violet definitely a firece lady in HP, my engineer never ever irreverent to her. so i did as what i've promise her and i've amend the mistake and counter sign on it & scan, email to her. okie this case is closed!
till today my coll, jane told me that our m'sia general manager mr. GMH email to our group general manager about this issue, here what he's has sent :-

Always given wrong PO to WPM from WPI.
PO always sent to WPM last minutes and we need time prepare document for
Shipment to oversea and custom permit too.
Please look into it.

after this issue, my manager & superior questioned me personally over this matter, here's the conversation go:-
them : what happened girl?
me : i've repeated clearly over and over again and i dun wish to repeat again this time. pls check with them.
them: at this moment, our m'sia GM has sent an email to GGM regarding this and now our GGM has instruct us to look into it seriously as they dun wish to have any miscommunication with HP.
me : first of all, this is a small issue, 2nd there's no miscommunication with HP, i've been working with them very well all this years.
them : since in this case, why is our m'sia plant pointing at us & saying we submit PO and all documents late?
me : i've mentioned earlier on, i've no comments in this issue as i've repeated to our m'sia GM over and over again, now in this situation is not that everybody doesn't know how violet works?
everybody knows it! including you guys right?
*paused for a moment*
me : i've said clear enough, HP do have their own individual person in charge of their work, any document we need to ship out, i need to seek advise from different person. this is how HP working.
them: alright since in this case, which means is a small issue right?

me : yes, this is a small issue which had settle by me, but right now someone is creating trouble over it. now, even our m'sia SCM dept do understand my situation of getting info from HP. but why can't our staff here try to understand it?
them: alright, we just wish to find out what's going on?
nonsense... i've been here longer than you guys! and i've deal with HP for a long term i know their engineer working attitude. and i don't need that GMH to lecture me!
